Dr. Novack got us in first thing Monday morning, they were able to do the x-rays in office, he read the x-rays right on the spot, they placed my daughter in a cast and we were on our way. Dr. Novack took his time to explain everything to us, answered all of our questions, and handled a screaming one year old very professionally. They were very gentle while placing the cast as well. What I thought was going to be a very stressful situation quickly turned less stressful thanks to the staff and Dr. Novack.
